Regal Service Team is an excavation company serving Utah. The Site exists to share information about our excavation and site work services, answer inquiries, and let prospective customers request quotes and book appointments.
Excavation work is governed by separate agreements. Any actual excavation, grading, or related site work we perform for you will be governed by a separate written estimate, proposal, or service contract between you and Regal Service Team. These Terms govern your use of the Site and its communication features only; nothing on the Site constitutes a binding quote or an agreement to perform work.
The information on the Site is provided for general purposes and is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where doing so would violate local law. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
The Site allows you to request appointments, consultations, or estimates. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment or a price. All appointments are subject to confirmation by us, and any pricing discussed before a signed written agreement is an estimate only and may change based on site conditions, scope, permitting, and other factors. No payments are collected through the Site.
Our Site includes a contact widget and forms that collect your name, phone number, and email address so we can respond to you. By submitting your contact information and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive communications from Regal Service Team at the phone number and email address you provide, including:

Any legal action arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you and we each consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection based on personal jurisdiction or inconvenient forum. Any claim relating to the Services must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently barred. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in descriptions and availability of services. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY LINKED WEBSITE, AND WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR (1) ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN CONTENT; (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES; (3) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OUR SERVERS OR ANY INFORMATION STORED ON THEM; (4) ANY INTERRUPTION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES; (5) VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (6) ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES. THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE WEBSITE AND ITS COMMUNICATION FEATURES; ANY WARRANTIES RELATING TO EXCAVATION WORK WE PERFORM ARE ADDRESSED IN YOUR SEPARATE WRITTEN SERVICE AGREEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL REGAL SERVICE TEAM OR ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME STATE AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY OR EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTIES; IF THOSE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT ANY LIABILITY ADDRESSED IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR EXCAVATION WORK.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Regal Service Team and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of: (1) your use of the Services; (2) your breach of these Terms; (3) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (4) any information you submit through the Services. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.
We maintain certain data you transmit to the Services in order to manage and operate the Services. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for the data you transmit, and we will have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of that data.
Visiting the Site, sending us emails or texts, and completing online forms are electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications from us, and you agree that agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. You agree to the use of electronic signatures and records in connection with the Services and waive any requirement for original signatures or non-electronic records to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we post on the Services, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time. We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions will stay in effect. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us. You agree these Terms will not be construed against us merely because we drafted them.
